Re: Magpie herl heads !!!!!
Thanks Bob I’ll practice with several fibers. My patients is waning with the warming weather and the second shot in my arm. Feel like jumping in the car with some of my old high school friends and driving on down to Miami beach !

Magpie herl heads !!!!!
I’m having a very difficult time with this material. It breaks often when I’m trying to wind it and I’m use to
fragile material or when I accomplish wrapping it the herl head looks terrible. Should I be using one strand ? or multiple pcs? Any advice I’d appreciate it.

Nice bug Ray and I think the fish would find Alan’s fly quite tasty.

Bergman hook information.
Can anyone recommend to me a source to read up on Bergman’s line of hooks ? I can’t find a heck of a lot of info and I’m beginning to wonder if I should go down that rabbit hole.
