I happen to favor the bivisible, or buzz style of fly -and I fish them quite frequently. Some I use tinsel for the body, others dubbing. Sorry about the multiple posts - John is working hard(again)at resolving some issues, so I will wait until we get the "all clear". I have at least two dozen reference pictures to post. And a few of you have asked me for a "scotch tied hackle" SBS - I am not ignoring these request...

Tom - those are very VERY nice, especially the top center one.........Ive never seen that color! Ivan told me Harry had a lot of "one off" birds, and that may very well be one.

and here is a close in view of the small feathers - the color, hue and sheen are as depicted in this photo. And this was BEFORE the hair dye trick so many growers use !
