Nope, can't say I ever saw one before.
Typically I tie small bodies with one twisted CDC.
Tear drop pliers work for me when I try to corral more than one.

I save the fine underfur from the foot when I tie emergers. I'll take a small pinch and lightly hand blend it with the dubbing I'm using to tie a flymph.
