I spent the last 30 years raising Scotch Highland cattle. I sent a few bags of highland fur out to some folks here but I don't know that anything ever got tied with it yet. So, while trying to view this pattern, I realized that one of my grandsons had scribbled all over the computer screen with a pink sharpie; it made the fly look like it was constructed with Tups dubbing. Very nice, I love a good Tups.

I got my copy a couple of days ago, and there's a lot to unpack in that book. I used to spend so much time trying to tie the perfect nymph pattern and here they are, using nothing but varnished copper wire. Good stuff.
