legs: silly orange legs
wingbuds: pheasant tail fibers

greeting

I can see why this was so successful, Ruard. It is very suggestive of a medium sized yellow stonefly nymph, and well constructed. The proportions are just right for this insect, and the corded abdomen nicely approximates segmentation. Well done.

Very well done Ruard. Your pattern would imitate the Golden Stones on my local waters. Both in size and color. You do good work sir.

Hi Ruard,

Great looking stonefly nymph with lots of built-in movement. I like it!

I hope you have been doing well!

Best,

Tim

I wish I had a few of these during my recent trip to Roscoe. I'd have confidently give them a drift. Wonderful nymph Ruard. I can see why it is such a catching fly.
