Wayne - I am happy to see I am not the only one using QD dubbing. This looks like a great pattern.

Wayne, are these tied only with a quick decent dubbing or are they also weighted. The proportions and contrast should work well at any column level, but it's easy to see how drifting these deep in your area would be productive.

William, just QD dubbing and Black wire. This pattern does a good job of imitating a cased caddis. Even with the tail. I use split shot to get my patterns down.

It does have the combo of a cased larva. Thanks for the clarification.
