Blue River Luck

Post by DUBBN » Mon Apr 13, 2015 6:17 pm

I was sent to Greeley Colorado for the week to work. Today is a travel day so I stopped on the Blue River for lunch. I will be hitting this spot again Friday afternoon.

I caught two that went 25 inches and four that went over 20 inches, but I just cant get fish that big photographed when fishing by myself. Last fish of the day a fellow that had been watching me came by and took my photo with a small Bow. I think there are a couple fish that were photographed twice. If so, I apologize.

I smiled for you Ray. :-)

Wayne - I took one look at the first picture and started laughing. I knew right away that photo was for me.

I looked at the rest of the photos and smiled too. :D

Man, those fish are so pretty. The colors of these trout are gorgeous. Nice healthy looking fish.

The water conditions look perfect.

On freaking lunch break? I know people who go to Montana for a week and don't catch fish like that :lol: :lol: . You are my hero, Wayne.

DUBBN, Howdy;

The first short bit sounded as if you were being 'Banished'
to Greeley, apparently, you turned it into your version of
Br'er Rabbit's Briar patch .. :D , 8-) , :lol:
