Self Publishing Books

Post by wsbailey » Thu Dec 04, 2014 1:10 pm

I suppose any number of people here have at one time or another considered writing a book. I know I have been inspired by self published books written by natural dyers where they added dyed samples. The same could be done with flies and has been done in the past(and even today). Anyway, on another fishing website, someone mentioned a publisher that publishes books for such people. I thought others might find the sample book interesting even if they don't plan to be a writer. Billhttp://www.blurb.fr/books/5289585-drawi ... -fisherman

The book you're looking for can't be found. It may have been deleted or removed from public view. If you think you've reached this page in error, please check the link and try again.

Worked for me this time; first time did not. Some really nice detailed drawings, BTW.

I'm not sure what happened. I tried the first one several times before I submitted the post. I'm glad to hear it is working now.

I used Blurp to publish a 450 fiction/novel my father and I wrote. We printed a short run of 15 for all the guest at his 95th birthday party. It's amazing to see such a work in hand, published and the look on my dads face when he saw the final cover and print. It was a surprize to him as well because I never mentioned that I had a final edit, by my sister, and printed up as his gift.
The service is easy, good quality and I'll never write another book as long as I live.
