That's a wild looking fly, Tom. The wings look awesome on it too.

I have the book North Country Flies, and I have been meaning to give it a good read this winter.

Tom,
This Bloa is stunning! You have kept to the original recipe as near as I can see and you did it quite well! I have a fly box dedicated just to Bloa's (all wingless) based on what Syl Nemes found in Pritt's wrtitings in his (Nemes') book, "The Soft-Hackled Fly Addict" and touched on in "Soft-Hackled Fly Immitations" and I think I will add your beauty to my bunch! Really good work Tom! I like it!
