Hi Mike,

After my work I did go to the Gamma a building shop. They do sell briks so I thought they could have also the polypropylene braided bricklayers twine you advise. They sell it indeed in white, green and red. I bought the green with a diameter of 1.7 mm and I have make on both ends a loop.

Hi Mike,

I have just tried my new poly-line. Casting with my 5/6 flyrod was easy but a little bit havy.

The most easy cating was with an old rod: a matchrod that I had build from an ald pole-rod of mine. I have to figure out what suits me the best.

The line get wet , there is a lot of water in the little holes between the treads, so I think of putting some syliconen grease on it when it is dry: the sun is shining here and there is something of spring in the air.
There will allways be a solution.
