Back at it. Think I need to work on the heads, but these should fish OK.

Rodger - I am very happy to see your back at the vice. Wonderfully buggy & definitely "catchy" flies.

I look forward to hearing how these work for you, on your little brookie stream, come spring.

It is great to see your lovely patterns again, Rodger. What dubbing method have you used on these? As you say, these will no doubt fish, but I prefer the color combo on the second one.

Yep, I could use those. Nice looking pair.
Is there a reason behind the size 14 flies on size 12 hooks? I often do the same, start the bodies above the recommended "over the barb" starting point, thus producing a size lower fly to most peoples preference.
Excuse my ignorance- but what is Hare's Ear Plus?

It's hare's ear with a bit of antron mixed in. Hareline makes/sells it.

Rodger, such a nice couple of flies. Excellent combos.

Jeff, it really is just a shaved rabbit (the whole thing) with a dash of clear Antron blended in the batch. It's very popular and very effective. Loses points with the traditionalists, but fits the bill perfectly for the vast majority of tiers. The whole range of colors is excellent.

chase creek, Howdy;

Rodger, as Ray stated, good to see some more of your work falling from the vise.
Thanks for sharing the fruits of your labors.
