One is a Watchet and the other is a Dotterel using Starling under coverts instead of the impossible to obtain Dotterel
Your comment and critique would be welcome. But please remember these are fishing flies and not for display.

Barry, you could load a box with these and be very well equipped. Nicely done. What hooks did you choose for these?

Very nice segmentation on the Watchet, Barry. And I like your choice of hackle length as well.

Barry,

I love seeing these flies. Beautiful classics. ;)

Nice to see you posting photos, and looking forward to seeing more in the future.

Excellent patterns Barry! I think they are very worthy of display and are also very fishable! So, now you can do both! I love the simplicity of #1 and the excellent segmentation of #2! They both have merit and would do well no matter where you soak them!

Fish when you can, not when you should! Anything short of this is just a disaster.
