Extra fancy partridge feather you have there...... i’ve never seen one quite like it. Very nice!

Well done. I have heard so much about this fly. Is it as good as they say it is? I figure it must be because it's been around a long time and people still talk about it.

That is some of the most beautiful partridge hackle I've seen. Carl (Oldhat) had a bird with similar bold markings and brown banding near the tips. Extra fine specimens.

A superb pattern crowned with a beauty of a dark and wispy Partridge hackle! These guys are right! Hang on to that bird!

Thanks very much Doug. I’m fortunate to have a few bird hunting friends and I was given 3 hungarians this fall to skin and do with them what I wished.
