Yup, Mustad 94842-TUE dry fly. Vern Hidy liked them for flymphs. He said they rose/looked better in the water. I thought I'd try a few. Quite nice. I recently purchased some Mustad Limerick with a TUE #3121 made from a bit heavier wire. I have yet to fish with them, but I suspect they will also work well for flymphs.

In the immortal words of Marshall McCloud of Taos, New Mexico..... "There You Go!" .....and why not.....experimentin' with different hooks is a BLAST! i say, anything on any hook, if your havin' fun, that's all that matters. Aint no sense in thinking (NOT! :D ), that a certain fly has to be done on a certain blah blah blah blah blah.............thass a lame approach. Just do what contents your heart. ;)
