Found Michael Snody's all pink version (specific to the South Fork Snake River) in Bruce Staples Flies for the Greater Yellowstone Area; neat use of LaFontaine's gas bubble for the thorax. Tied here in more traditional PMD colors.

hook – Dai Riki 320 #16
thread - Danville 6/0 pale yellow
rib - x-small wire copper
shuck - Congo Hair brown
tail/abdomen – pheasant tail
thorax - Superfine dubbing PMD
bubble - antron yarn
hackle - hen pale dun

Scott

Scott,
I really like this pattern! The "gas bubble" is really nice and very real looking! You have made a good use of this material!
Please keep them coming friend!

Scott, this is an awesome pattern in a #16. Love it.
