Taking a break from the subdued tones. First attempts at picric sub; not quite there but the house is still intact and I have all my fingers. If the fish care, I'll move on to another river.

hook - Mustad 3906 #8
thread - UTC 70 fluoro orange
tail - pheasant tail dyed hot yellow
rib - small wire silver
body - mylar pearl over fluoro orange thread
body hackle - claret (1Tbs Rit wine, 1 cup water)
front hackle - hot orange
collar - chukar partridge hot yellow (1 Tbs Rit lemon yellow, 1 cup water - tried overdye with chartreuse and got a neat olivish color which I'll use elsewhere)

Regards,
Scott

ScottP. Howdy;

Yeah, :shock: no kidding .... that's a lot to take in all at once. Very well done I'd
like to add.
Good to hear all bits-n-pieces are accounted for :lol:
