Partridge and Orange bead thorax..I call this new school as all the materials are from this century.

Thread Ultra burnt orange 70 denier.

Wire small silver

Bead. Nickel silver 5/64.

Only kidding, I'm more sacrilegious than you! I sometimes dress spiders on a jig hook :o :shock: :oops:

And why do you need a bead? What’s wrong with a heavy nymph hook?
Love both fly fishing and fly tying, been doing it for a while

It does. I blame my job for exposing me to terrible, terrible things within the fly fishing/tying market. :geek: ;)
