Hi all,
Play time again. :) Stuff that was lying around the tying bench at the time, and trying to produce a generic nymph pattern:
Image

Silk: Pearsall's orange, heavily waxed with darkest cobblers' wax. Tail: English partridge biots. Abdomen: underlying peacock herl with dark waxed tying silk wound over it in close but open turns, allowing 'breathers' to show.Thorax: Hare's ear mixed with a bit of dyed olive argentinian hare. Hackle: Jackdaw neck, tied short and sparse.

I'll be giving this one a try within the next week or so!
:)
