Purple silk, waxed, abdomen: Peacock herl, hackle: Mallard under-covert. Tied on Kamasan B405 #16
Malcolm Greenhalgh calls this; 'a splendid midge emerger' and that tied with mallard, it tends to fish in the surface film.
