I think that the blank spaces indicate the lack of that style hook by the manufacturer listed above.

DD!!! I was glad that I had subscribed to this thread. You made me a very happy woman today. I saved that pdf file, and I printed myself a copy too. AWESOME!!! My copy went straight to my hook notebook. :D

Probably author (Mike Connor), mentioned in some replies of this thread, requested deleting all his' posts after he decided to leave this forum.

I had that one, but I appreciate you putting it on here. I wish they would update the Kamasan hook numbers. The one I have is not updated either. Thank you for posting these.
