Since I live in N.GA all I can say is that works down there on the Hooch will work up here. So I have fished the Madison and the Firehole every years for the last 10 years in Sept. To Sept still has dry flies but for soft hackles. Bob I had the same epiphany a few weeks ago and said to myself I need to use some of this stuff. Sometime ago I offered material but no one took me up on it. Yet I still keep buying. :o

Bill, are these natural dyes stable, have a tendency to bleed or fade rapidly?
