I first twisted the dubbing in between the silks and then wrapped forward but I didn't like the effect. Next, I wrapped the 2 at the same time like Bob Smith demonstrates in the YouTube below the fly. I just didn't leave the spacing he used.

DUBBN,

Fluorescent colors are light visible to the eye emitted when UV is absorbed by something. You don't have to see UV to see those bright colors.

Flies tied with a bit of UV do seem to catch more fish. I tied some $3 Dips using some UV Pearl Ice dub for the wing instead of deer hair.
