Every rod I have, I fish with soft hackles. dries, nymphs, etc. No specific rod for any certain type of fly.

I don't like seeing places like these close. It would be nice if someone bought the business and kept it going. Several months ago, I tied a few of the RFS nymph and gave away most of them to some friends. i think I have only 3 or 4 left. Needless to say, there will be more in my fly box before my next fishing trip.

Years ago, a friend in the UK sent me the dressing for the Endrick Spider and the only difference I could see between this dressing and a "standard" PT soft hackle was that the ES was weighted under the PT body.
