beauties Ray.. I have that same hen saddle and use it a lot. I've got to learn how to reduce the size of the photos taken by my crappy old cell phone to get them in focus after I've cropped the to fit the forum.

redietz... got it... the new Airflo floating polyleaders have just a short section of smaller diameter line "welded" into the leader body... it is to that section that it was suggested that I add the tippet ring.

REE thanks for the response... my friend at our fly shop suggested the tippet ring which comes with some of the Airflo Polys and not on others. But adding the tippet ring enables easy tippet additions or changes. I have only used the 5 footer so far and like how it casts with a dry fly. Next up is t...

I've had one of those bobbins and never been able to master the use of the thing.... I will give it a new go after seeing that body on the zonker... Using the new Nanosilk threads will help reduce the bulk in the completed rope.
