Thanks for the suggestion. Amazon has the Audible version available for $7 bucks. I will probably download it and listen to it over the summer. We have a large population of Quill Gordon‘s, and other species which are sensitive to water quality. For whatever reason this particular stonefly is scarce. Anytime you want to make a trip down, let me know when I’ll see if I can put something together. He is a wealth of information on all fronts.....

Use your FINGERS- For me this works better than just about any hackle plier because they’re mostly too heavy. I have a small bulldog clip with that Winnie Dette gave me along time ago.....It’s probably the best hackle plier I have.
