I got to the dance after both of the above were no longer made. Someone here on the forum recommended Jamieson Shetland Spindrift - 290 Oyster. I don't have any 477 so I can't personally make a comparison, I guess the 290 Oyster will have to do for me. I'm sure someone on the forum here could put up...

Orange partridge has been my go to fly since I started fishing spiders. It is the lead fly on my team of 3.

I got mine about a week ago, almost done reading it. I don't use a 2 handed rod, but the info is usable with a single handed rod as well. The pictures are marvelous. I'll be referring back to it regularly.
