You could cut a small piece of tubing and put it through the small spool. Then put tubing in the bobbin

A synthetic dub I picked up at the fly tying show. Not sure of the brand but it is somewhat coarse and easy to dub. The black is a mix of Beaver and trilobal.the PT has a Peacock herl thorax.
