Quite lovely Bill! You are a high master at the touch dubbing technique! It looks very buggy and, at the same time, is pleasing to the eye!

Norm,
What a cool looking streamer! I like them sparse just like this one you have tied! I think they are more realistic looking and better fishers! Well done friend!

Fishnkilts,
I agree with Ray! Your pattern is awesome and you already proved that your flies catch fish! They are the best and ultimate judge of your work! I want to encourage you to keep up the good work that you are doing at the vice and out on the waters!

Thanks for bumping this thread Ray! It helps me to remember and to enjoy the past correspondences from that post! Now, I need to get cracking! Again, thanks for the inspiration!

DarrellP,
Back on the first page, you commented about the color red on Bluegills and Shell Crackers! I wholeheartedly agree! And yes, using florescent threads of all colors but particularly red is a huge plus in picking off reluctant fish!

DarrellP, I agree with Wayne! Super beautiful! AP.....Andre Puyans? I have been reading about him recently! I have also been diving into John Atherton and his series of "numbered" (instead of naming) patterns. You continue to amaze Darrell and we want you to continue on and show us every t...

Darrell,
Each pattern you have posted looks fantastic! My pick? The second, darker version! Something about the look of it just smacks of insect goodness!
Thinking like a trout this morning,
