Thanks gents. The Cree is quite fine compared to the plover but it is quite soft and pliable - should get a bit of movement in the faster pools.

Another excellent tie I would be happy to use over here. Again, I would use it to to cover the Iron Bue Duns and also little dark stoneflies such as the Willow Fly.

I used to use (and loose!) loads of these years ago on my local Lillyputian streams during the summer. The small brownies could not get enough of them!

I think that is the ultimate compliment! Only thing better, might be the "endorsement" of a trout pulling on the end of your line. :D ;)
