tie2fish, Howdy;

Thanks you for sharing another of Doug from the Dens creations. There are no bounds
to his talent and skill in tying some of the buggiest flys to see.

Thank you both very much.

Re: POP Flies (Tutorial / SBS)

Ray, Howdy; Thank you very much. I see the bit of " splitting of the marabou ", it's the thread, I was thinking ( :roll: ), you were referring to a feather and you had some 'special' method for that. What I get for thinking ... :lol: Still, it's good to see the POP flies SBS again. Thanks, hank

Re: POP Flies (Tutorial / SBS)

Ray, Howdy;

Back at the top of this page (3), you offered a link for showing the splitting of the marabou
( php?f=5&t=1576&start=0 ), unfortunately it now leads somewhere else. Some odd computer
related 'stuff'. Any chance you might have a link that will now get us to the pix ???

Thanks,

ronr, Howdy;

Good casting practice ... gettin' the fly into the 8", 10" or 12" hole.
Size of hole dependent upon ice-fisher's optimism.

As usual, outstanding SBS and pix to go along with it.

Those in the swap will enjoy your flies I'm sure.

Dougsden, Howdy;

No need to apologize for modifying your beautiful nymphs to suit
your eye and the 'locals' taste. It's what we do, ... adapt.
