Re: Fore & Aft Flymph
I have never fished any of the flies mentioned about, but will change that in 2012. I'd love to try some of these in Roscoe, come June.
Excellent fly, Roadkill. Looks like a capital KILLER.

Kelly - That is one the best heads I've ever seen on a fly. Doubly impressive, when you take into account the brass eyes. I've tyed with them before and know first hand, that it can be a challenge to compensate for the thickness and shape of the underlying metal. I love the contrasting black & w...

Kelly - I think you and I were on the same wave-length tonight. I just finished another Flymph-head fly (see below) and tyed it on the same blue hook (thanks Mark). I really like your flies. Kinda Tummel/Clyde style bodies. Might make a good low water version. https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/-jfr-...

Re: Steelhead/Salmon Flymphs..... ;>)
I was sensing that Mark (willowhead) had a "itch" that wasn't getting "scratched". So I put on my thinking cap (in this case my magnifying glasses) and set to work on an experimental concept fly. Creativity and having fun were my goal. Okay, Mark. This fly is just for you. I give...
