Thank's guys! @Ray Hook is made by Hayabusa, model H.ISE 147, size 12 (4x short, forged). It's pretty old bag of Japanese hooks, so it's possible that info is outdated... It is not fly fishing hook, though - hook itself doesn't know that. :) I'll guess that Mike Connor mentioned something like this ...

Thank's guys! This fly isn't my concoction; it's more or less well known in some form or another, especially among few spring creek and tailwater fishemen from our fishing club... As I'm aware, they target flat flows, no matter the speed of flow. Possibility of fishing the fly on or under the surfac...

Understood Your words. What I was trying to wrote as (1) was that effect of colored water to the light shows earlier/shallower to us, than effect of water absorbing different light shows up, but because water are almost always colored.
