Nice effect Ray. The colors in the fly are wonderfully chosen, complimentary and buggy. I have experimented with coatings as well. Some of my conclusions Bill. Very nice Roadkill. Should be a great color, and I agree with your comment of the copper. I prefer it over gold. The Copper/Blue mylar is what I use most often however you can find embossed copper tinsel around. I've had trouble finding very small copper wire. Not the stuff uni sells which is a brig...

Thanks guys for the kudos. I often tie some of these at shows. Like Mark said, it's easier on the eyes and I tie the flymphs as Leisenring would tie a flymph to describe the methodology.
