Re: Katydid

Norm, your Bergman patterns are amazing.
I knew a guy from Jersey named Andy Brasko who was also a Bergman fan and tied at several events
that I attended. You guys are masters and make it look WAY too easy.
Well done!

Re: Stillaguamish Sunrise and Sunset

Nice! The Skykomish Sunrise was probably the first steelie fly I learned to tie.
Simple and deadly. Well done.

Re: Condor

I still have a small section of Condor quill. I’ll never use it now.. Back in February of 2019 a group of Flymphers gathered at a row of tables at Fly Fest in livingston Manor. Therow was tying with condor on some of his vintage hooks and he gave me a small section of quill and a fly or two. Bill S...

Yes! The first thing I noticed was how the bars in the wood duck aligns with the alternating
black and white floss body. Like an extension. Masterful work for sure.

WOW... That looks nothing like the hair wing Mick Finns I learned to tie a lifetime ago.
Nice job on those married slips!

DUBBN
Where did you find that bleached mole or did you give the skin a bath?
Mike over at Badger Creek had bleached and dyed mole years ago but I haven't seen any since.
