Hi Bill,

That's a nice looking Montreal! Very clean tie, as always.

I like the pattern, and I tie them big for night fishing. I usually use claret seal for the bodies, on size 4 and 6 hooks.

Ray, You have found a great solution to a real tying challenge! I have the HMH profile plate for my vise. The arm that holds the profile plate protrudes toward me, on the left hand side, and sometimes catches or gets in the way during a tricky procedure. I suspect I could shorten it, but haven't. I ...
