Thank you for the news from Donald's nephew, Hank. I have been wondering about him recently. I wish him well.

Re: Bracken Clock

What dd said. Nicely informative post, Bill. For what it’s worth, one can hear the Welsh pronunciation of coch-y-bondhu on an episode of Hinterland, which you will have to watch in it’s entirety as I can’t recall the episode.

Re: Salar's Nemesis Redux

This is very interesting to see the interpretations of Syl's Nemesis. My copy of the book has the fly, tied by Mr. N., attached to the first page. I have not the skills to post them here, but I am able to email photos to someone here with the know how to get the job done. IM me if you are interested...

Very nice. Works well in the Rockies' front range streams, too.

Re: Allbaugh's March Brown Soft Hackle

Very nice, Bill. I, too, will have to give this one a go. I like the hackle tied in over the wing.

Nicely done, Bill. One of my favorite patterns, especially during the warmer, caddis days on the St. Vrain.

Again, a masterful tie. Great solution to downsizing the Prince. Did you use duck biots?
