I opened the page and an 'ohhhh' pasted my lips. This is a beautiful color fly. I can't imagine a trout ignoring this sitting is a gentle tailout, bobbing along on the surface. Just stunning. I have to say the word masterpiece slips into my thoughts with such a clean tie. I'll have to try to work on...

Wow I didn't think this would be such an informative question. I'll find a taxidermist here in LA and check this out. Great advice. Here is a little history: I was watching NATURE: DUCKumentory and I saw the male wood duck and it's amazing plumage. So I thought, flies!!!!

Bobbins

I'm looking for a new bobbin. Not a whole lot of money, just good service. I've used the Tiemco with the rubber at the base, I have my Nor-vice, and of course my cheep with the rolled edge. I think I'm partial to the ceramic Tiemco. Any ideas?
