Nice touch, although if I tried that little trick of yours it would guarantee to scare the fish away. Even though purple is my favorite color, it scares the fish down river for me. :|

These spiders were tied from the hackle tips left from the Brown Drake Nymphs
Very nice work there Mr. Hankinsfly......... I too, save the tips of certain feathers and use them for other flies!

I just want to let you guys know, there is this real neat little invention called a plastic ziplock baggie that you could put your phone in............just sayin!!!!! :D :D :D
