It is orange season in Florida and we do have a few huns running around. No trout freshwater trout to feed though.

This was a great tool fly or fished under a bobber (oops, I mean indicator) for winter steelhead in Eastern Oregon.

Working on a Pale Watery Dun pattern and playing with some Partridge L5A's that Lou gifted me. These are on #16's. Well waxed primrose dubbed with pale red fox in the rear and pink vixen coyote in the thorax. Pale watery hen hackle and tail. The two-toned dubbing goes well here I think. reducedPale ...

One of my favorite wet flies. I’ve never understood why this was designed as a Caddis pattern. I’ve always used it more for mayfly hatches.
