I like the look of the shorter tail better for some reason. Note - The flies look pretty scraggly because I roughed them up quite a bit with velcro to get the dubbing fibers to stick out along the body. The flies in the top left and right are tyed with "henwing" style (as they are referred to by George Schlotter - designer of the henwing style). The one on the bottom is tyed with herl that has been dyed red (more visible in brighter light).
