I too have been trying different brands of hooks. Not just the new offerings, but some vintage hooks too. Since being active on this Forum, I was introduced to WFC. Their hooks are the best value around. I just wish they had some up-eye hooks. I now have some of their beads to try too. If you like T...

20 to 1 strike advantage. I would like to see the data that supports that statement. Sounds like something a guy who has a lot of flies with UV beads to sell would say.

I use head cement. For years, I used Hook & Hackle cement; currently using Orvis cement (water base). I have also experimented with UV cure, but it takes longer because you're using the light (torch).
