Steve,
Awesome....just awesome! I like your reply to Ray about being in a time-warp and such! As Mark Romero would have said...."Crazy man, just plain crazy!" I sure miss him!
Again, great work Steve. Please keep them coming!

Re: Hairwing Spruce
Dearest Steve, This pattern is fantastic! It looks great and it looks like it would be a bit easier to tie than the traditional Spruce Fly! There is something about the look of that TMC 200R that is hard to beat. Very classy looking! I see you have others posted. I am on my way to have a look-see! V...

Ray,
What a beauty! I don't know what to say other than this is what I would want to have in my box when this hatch starts. Unbelievable craftsmanship Ray. The history attached to this pattern is quite interesting too! Please keep us fed!

Ray,
Oh to be in your playpen (tying room) when you are just "playing around"! A most excellent pattern Ray! I like it alot! Now, for the immitation phase of my tying! Wait, I am always stuck in this phase....but I love it!
With very little original stuff to contribute,

Awesome pattern Bill! You are going to knock'm stiff with this one! Take scads of pictures if you can! Meanwhile, I will try and duplicate a couple of these and try them on my resident blue-gators! Bill, I don't know how you do it but the end results sure look good! Always amazed with your patterns,...

Bill,
Dang nice patterns indeed! Looking over them has prompted me to move out of the trenches with my favorite TMC 102Y for this pattern and start looking thru my stash of hooks like the ones you have tied here! Excellent work! I can't pick a favorite either (DUBBN).
