My 4b cape can tie down to 20 easy. I also like the CDL hen capes, very buggy.

Did you notice any particular hatch associated with the pattern's effectiveness? What kind of Stillwater were you fishing? Caddis, chironomids I'm thinking or juvy baitfish even. Hook dai riki 075 wet fly hook

Abdomen-olive ice dubbing
thorax- peacock and brown ice dubbing mixed
Hackle- Brahma hen saddle

Dub a little heavy and brush out to make it shaggy.
