I use XS wire but you can change the wire size depending on the size of the hook used.

I got these hooks from Tactical Fly Fisher. They are mainly used for European nymphing but I like them for soft hackle flies as well.

Joaniebo, thanks for the link and it is a great read! For sure this is a "hybrid" of the Tups Indispensable. Where I do most of my fishing the Sulfur's start pouring off in the late evening and to answer Ray's question, is why I think this fly works great in the evening. What amazes me is ...
