Wickham's Fancy

Tied in a Tweed Style with split Starling wings. Found this age old pattern in Roger Fogg's book The Art of the Wet Fly.

This fly the Cinnamon No.55 from T.E Pritts North Country Flies calls for Hackle from a Brown owls wing and a body dubbed with water rat both unobtainable today.
