Nice. Last week, I put together approx. 18 of the P & O and P & Y, using just thread and hackle and then some with thread and a peacock herl. Need to do the same with P & G.

As far as I can find, it's been outlawed in the UK for quite awhile. If you're tying the Filedfare Bloa, I just subbed a medium to dark gray hackle like Moorhen.
