The Cahill style winged wet flies have found their place in a number of my fly boxes and quite often on my tippet. Now if I had some fox ear the "Old Man" would likely be yet another. Very nice tie there Carl.

Bill prior to wrapping your hackle have you stripped one side of hackle barbs or have you left all barbs in tact? Whatever the case this is a very nice looking soft hackle.
