Roadkill, Howdy;

Bill, I can (kinda), relate, as a youngster I couldn't stand Brussels sprouts, Cauliflower, or Broccoli.
Wasn't till my late 30's that I found Cauliflower & Broccoli to be edible ... still can't stand to be in
the same room with a Brussels sprout. Perhaps the trouts that DUBBN is stalking think of Purple as
their version of a Brussels sprout.

Yup. Brussel sprouts, cauliflower..., vile, vile, things. I can do broccoli now, but it took awhile. Never liked asparagus either, then I grilled some one night for my wife. I blame the wine... I liked them that way, you know, charcoal on the outside, burnt on the inside.

I don't care how much purple bacon grease you saute a brussel sprout in, a Maine trout won't eat it.
