Hook - Mustad 9671 or equivalent
Weight - Lead/lead free wire
Thread - Brown
Tail - Brown biots
Abdomen - Brown dubbing
Wingcase - Turkey fibers
Legs - Brown and grizzly hackles, trimmed off under the wingcase
Thorax - Orange dubbing
Flytiers sure have a way at making things difficult

Ted Trueblood created a variation of the Montana Stone. I found his variation very productive when October Caddis are emerging! ;)
