As best I can recall:

Hook: Daiichi 1760, Sizes #8 thru #12
Bead: Black, size to suit hook
Thread: 6/0 Uni-Thread, black
Hackle: Black hen saddle
Tails: Black goose biots
Rib: .006 monofilament
Flashback: Gold Krystal Flash
Legs: Round Rubber Legs, small
Body: Black rabbit dubbing

I tried a lighter version of your pattern last week. White legs and natural Hares Mask. I believe the fish wanted darker like your version. I tied a few of these up for my next trip. Size 8.

Brown India Hen, mottled with Black and a little bit of Gold flecks.
